Job Summary: We are seeking an Estimator to control and document physical and financial progress of construction projects, ensuring accuracy of information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and review construction cost estimates 2. Monitor field progress and detect deviations 3. Maintain up-to-date project technical information A construction company is seeking: **Estimator** **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management * Age: 25 years or older * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in a similar position **Job Objective:** To control and document physical and financial progress of construction projects through integration of estimates, supporting documentation, and technical records, ensuring information accuracy **Job Functions:** * Structure and review construction cost estimates (both internal and subcontractor) to authorize payments based on actual progress. * Develop and validate supporting metrics that substantiate completed work. * Monitor field progress against the original budget and schedule, detecting deviations in a timely manner. * Organize and maintain all project technical information (current drawings, contracts, logs, and reports). **We Offer:** Statutory Benefits Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am \- 6:30 pm; Saturday, 9:30 am to 1:30 pm Location: Bosque de las Lomas, CDMX.
