




POSITION OBJECTIVE Professional responsible for calculating and documenting the work volumes completed on a construction project to determine the amount to be charged for work performed and to maintain proper control and tracking of the project. FUNCTIONS \* Thoroughly understand project plans, drawings, and specifications. \* Select metrics to develop valid estimates. \* Visit construction sites to gather essential information when necessary. \* Review formats and consult with the Budgeting and Construction Control Management team. \* Prepare quantity takeoffs (calculating volumes based on plans and specifications). \* Critically analyze existing estimates to ensure accuracy and feasibility. \* Record work details: quantities, materials, and location within the project. \* Use quantity takeoffs to calculate costs as the basis for invoicing and payment. \* Monitor progress and identify deviations in costs or volumes. \* Verify compliance with technical standards and contractual requirements. \* Support the review and reconciliation of estimates with management. REQUIREMENTS \* Full-time (75% office, 25% field). \* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (in final stages or graduated). \* Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as an estimation generator. \* Proficiency in OPUS and AutoCAD. \* Proficiency in Office software suite. \* Valid driver's license (vehicle ownership desirable). ⚙SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE \* Construction concepts and building standards. \* Data analysis and time management. \* Effective communication and attention to detail. \* Teamwork, organization, proactivity, and responsibility.
