Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional IT professional to lead the adoption and functional optimization of software, ensuring technology enhances operational efficiency and process integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a bridge between business and technical solutions. 2. Proactively identify bottlenecks in the ERP and propose innovations. 3. Actively promote appropriate ERP usage as an internal trainer. **Job Objective** We are seeking a **Functional IT** professional to lead the organization’s software adoption and functional optimization. Your mission will be to ensure technology enhances operational efficiency, process integrity, and the scalability of our business model. **Key Responsibilities** * **Requirement Translation:** Act as a bridge between business units and technical solutions, ensuring software configurations do not compromise the integrity of existing processes. * **ERP Optimization:** Proactively identify bottlenecks in the ERP and propose innovations that simplify the team’s daily work. * **Continuous Training:** Actively promote appropriate ERP usage as an internal training provider, ensuring the Eme.pe team fully leverages available tools. * **Strategic Support:** Guarantee **"Flawless Execution"** in resolving support tickets, using each incident as analytical data to prevent future issues. **Education and Experience:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** 1–3 years of professional experience. * **Specialization:** Specific focus on business process analysis and ERP system configuration. * **Preferred:** Knowledge or prior experience with **Odoo**. **Competencies and Attitude:** * **Problem-Solving Mindset:** We seek a proactive, not reactive, individual. * **Effective Communication:** Ability to positively influence colleagues and facilitate technological adoption. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Statutory Benefits Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
