Your collaborative attitude and interpersonal skills will help you thrive as an Engineering Manager. **Responsibilities** * Manage improvement projects and new developments as quotes and manufacturing costs. * Interpret drawings and coordinate the design and modification of tooling and equipment in AutoCAD. * Oversee automation, systems integration, PLCs, and pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems. * Manage measurement, inspection, and testing methods. * Analyze technical and economic feasibility, plant capacity, and production line balancing. * Apply Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D) and Lean Manufacturing. * IATF audit compliance * Evaluate ergonomics, operating conditions, and compliance with EHS guidelines. * Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study * 7+ years' of management experience * Strong interpersonal and communication skills Type of position: Full-time Salary: Up to $80,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
