Training and professional development programs **About the Company** A construction company is seeking: *Technical Design Assistant* **Job Objectives:** Support the design department in the technical development of architectural projects, with a focus on producing high-quality construction drawings, Revit modeling, and construction details that ensure proper on-site execution. **Job Requirements** * Recent graduate in Architecture or students in their final semesters. * Responsible, professional, punctual, and proactive. * Minimum 2 years of experience in developing construction documents. **Job Responsibilities** * Revit modeling of projects. * Preparation of construction drawings. * Development of basic engineering drawings. * Development of construction details. * Document control and organization. **Specific Requirements** * Advanced proficiency in Revit. * Experience in producing complete construction drawings. * Solid knowledge of construction systems. * Ability to develop clear, technical, and constructible construction details. * Direct experience in preparing drawings for construction. **Software Proficiency:** * AutoCAD \- Advanced * Revit \- Advanced * Lumion \- Intermediate/Advanced **Desired Competencies** * Technical and structured thinking. * Ability to anticipate on-site issues. * Coordination between architecture and engineering disciplines. * High level of documentation organization. * Focus on drawing standardization. * Technical judgment, not merely operational. * Teamwork. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Direct employment with the company. * Opportunity for growth and development. * Transportation assistance. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Training and professional development programs.
