




Job Summary: We are seeking a Health Sciences professional with supply chain and laboratory experience to lead demand planning and inventory management, applying scientific rigor and strategic thinking. Application of scientific rigor in operational planning Title: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (QFB), Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry (QFP), or related Health Sciences degree. Desirable: Specialization or diploma in Supply Chain, Statistics, or Operations Management. 3. Technical Experience (The QFB/QFP 'Plus') Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of chemical stability, storage conditions (cold chain), and regulatory requirements (COFEPRIS, FDA, GMP). Laboratory Experience: Familiarity with reagent usage cycles, analytical supplies, and technical response times, enabling more realistic raw material planning. 4. Key Responsibilities Forecast Generation: Develop short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using statistical models. S&OP Process (Sales and Operations Planning): Lead meetings with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align the demand plan with business objectives. Inventory Management: Monitor movement of critical SKUs and manage overstock or stockout risk alerts. Lifecycle Analysis: Plan launches of new products (NPI) and phase-outs of obsolete or discontinued products. KPIs: Track metrics such as Forecast Accuracy and Bias. 5. Technical Competencies (Hard Skills) Software: Advanced Excel proficiency (macros, Power Pivot) and ERP systems (SAP – MM/PP modules, Oracle, or Blue Yonder). Statistics: Knowledge of time-series modeling and variance analysis. Regulatory: Understanding of how government tenders or changes in health regulations impact demand. 6. Soft Skills Assertive Communication: Ability to 'translate' laboratory technical language into financial projections. Attention to Detail: Scientific rigor applied to data cleansing.
