Fármacos Darovi is seeking an ANALISTA DE MESA DE CONTROL. REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including medical supplies/healthcare materials. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems Knowledge of process validation, regulations, and regulatory requirements Experience with documentation, records, quality standards, and norms. RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Objective: Monitor, validate, and track assigned operations and processes, ensuring adherence to procedures, information integrity, and proper execution of activities through real-time control, recording, and analysis, in order to support operational decision-making. Supervise and monitor operations in real time to ensure compliance with procedures and established timelines. Record incidents, deviations, and operational statuses in the corresponding systems. Coordinate communication with involved departments (operations, logistics, security, carriers, warehouse). Maintain integrity, organization, and up-to-date documentation and records. Log incidents and generate tracking numbers or analytical reports. Validate operational information before recording or releasing movements.
