Professional development and effective training REQUIREMENTS * **Gender:** Unspecified * **Education:** Industrial Engineering or Logistics Engineering. * **Experience:** 6 months of experience performing similar activities in the area. * **Skills:** Strong information management, data analysis, results-oriented. * **Availability:** Willingness to invest time in training and strong motivation to learn and develop professionally. * **Competencies:** Teamwork and performance under pressure, leadership, communication. * Reside near the Distribution Center in San Antonio la Isla * Flexible working hours RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze and reengineer warehouse processes. * Implement improvement programs. * Implement work methods focused on loss reduction. * Knowledge of TPM methodology. * Coordinate resources (personnel and materials) to achieve delivery objectives while meeting quality standards. * Ensure operational staff comply with Safety and Hygiene regulations. * Enhance the efficiency of distribution center operations and logistics.
