Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Resident with experience in commercial and retail projects to supervise and control construction works with leadership and commitment. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive attitude, leadership, and commitment Construction Resident Required for Retail We are looking for a Construction Resident with proven experience in commercial and retail projects (stores, renovations, finishes, and civil works). Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Construction Resident or Supervisor in retail / commercial projects. * Solid knowledge in construction control, blueprint reading, daily logs, contractor and supplier management. * High schedule flexibility (including weekends, extended hours, and on-call duties). * Full availability to travel and reside at remote job sites within the Mexican Republic. * Proactive attitude, leadership, and commitment to timelines and quality.
