Job Requirements Minimum Education Required: University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Required Skills: Intermediate English, Intermediate Microsoft Office, Advanced AutoCAD, Advanced Opus. Experience in Construction Project Management, Public Works Law and Regulations, Reading and Interpretation of Blueprints, Contract Administration, Field Surveys, Cost Estimation and Budgeting, Construction Estimating, Construction Supervision, Document Control, and Bidding Processes. Job Responsibilities Administration and supervision of construction projects. Interpretation of blueprints and contract administration. Preparation of estimates and budgets. Coordination of field activities and document control. Participation in bidding processes and bid follow-up.
