Job Summary: We are seeking a warehouse assistant for a hospital, responsible for receiving, safeguarding, and controlling medical supplies and medications, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper organization. Key Points: 1. Experience working in healthcare warehouses (hospital, clinic, or pharmacy). 2. Ability to work under pressure and with attention to detail. 3. Knowledge of FIFO inventory control and inventory management. Main Responsibilities: Receiving, safeguarding, and controlling wound care supplies, surgical materials, and medications. Timely and accurate supply of materials to operating rooms (ORs). Monitoring expiration dates and batch numbers to ensure patient safety. Accurate recording of material inflows and outflows in the institutional system. Maintaining the warehouse according to hygiene, organizational, and hospital regulatory standards. Actively participating in cyclical inventories and shift handovers. Requirements: Completed high school education (mandatory). Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare warehouses (hospital, clinic, or pharmacy). Ability to work under pressure, strong sense of urgency, and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to rotate shifts according to service needs. Specialized Knowledge (Desirable): Identification and handling of medication groups and wound care supplies. Familiarity with surgical supplies, sutures, and specialized medical devices. Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in critical areas.
