We Are Seeking a CEDIS Coordinator At our operation, the CEDIS is not just a warehouse: it is the heart that keeps everything moving. Today, we seek someone who can coordinate it with order, vision, and a results-oriented approach. What Will Be Your Purpose? To ensure the right materials are available at the right time, carefully managing every stage—from procurement through to final delivery—guaranteeing control, efficiency, and operational continuity. What Will You Do in This Role? - Procurement You will be responsible for planning and executing strategic procurement, tracking purchase orders with suppliers, and ensuring all deliveries arrive on time, in full, and under optimal conditions. - Inbound Logistics You will coordinate material receipt, verifying quality, quantities, and documentation. Additionally, you will ensure all items are accurately recorded and controlled within the system. - Material Custody You will supervise inventory, material movements, and distribution, ensuring order, availability, and compliance with internal delivery commitments. - Ensuring Compliance with the QMS You will play a key role in process compliance, incident resolution, and continuous area improvement, ensuring increasingly efficient operations. What Are We Looking For in You? Mandatory experience in logistics, warehousing, or CEDIS Completed bachelor’s degree in related fields (logistics, administration, engineering, or similar) Strong organizational and control orientation Ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously Results-driven mindset and problem-solving capability Experience in logistics, procurement, or warehouse management Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and operational teams What Do We Offer You?
