We invite you to join our team if you meet the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bionics, Electronics with specialization in medical equipment, or Clinical Engineering (DEGREE AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSE MANDATORY). KNOWLEDGE: - Proficiency in medical equipment, hospital security systems, hospital infrastructure, Clinical Engineering, and technical English. - Maintenance of medical equipment; interpretation and application of medical technology. - Resource management, supply quotation, and inventory control. Experience: Minimum 1 year. COMPETENCIES: - Ability to learn - Commitment and task completion - Organization - Planning - Responsibility - Teamwork - Social skills ACTIVITIES: - Maintain up-to-date inventory of hospital medical equipment. - Corrective maintenance. - Technical support during use of life-support medical equipment. - Train medical and paramedical staff according to preventive and corrective training needs. - Report incidents or issues involving personnel or facilities that may jeopardize equipment or patient safety. - Conduct periodic area-based inspections of medical equipment to verify proper operation. - Monitor compliance with payment agreements for equipment, spare parts, services, and supplies. - Periodically update inventory of accessories, consumables, tools, and manuals. - Stay current on biomedical engineering topics. - Ensure newly acquired medical devices meet minimum regulatory requirements and are registered for sale. - Verify that critical points in facilities remain fully operational.
