We invite you to join our qualified team at Star Médica Hospital Mérida as: "AESTHETIC MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR" Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (degree certificate and professional license). Experience: 3 years in hospitality, healthcare, or renovation sectors. Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM. Knowledge of: Drywall, plastering and finishing, flooring, carpentry, interior furniture and decoration, hydrosanitary and electrical installations. Job Responsibilities: * Conduct inspections to identify, review, and validate facility improvement needs, proposing solutions for pleasant, ergonomic, and functional spaces. * Ensure proper operation and good condition of all buildings, furniture, and accessories through supervision of PPC (Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective) maintenance. * Coordinate, assign tasks to, and supervise staff under direct responsibility. * Supervise external personnel (suppliers). * Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs based on control logs. * Conduct tool inventories. * Monitor scheduling and execution of aesthetic works.
