




The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for managing a warehouse, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and shipping of goods. Main responsibilities include receiving and delivering goods, inventory management, supervising and verifying vehicle loading and unloading, as well as managing stocks of supplies and materials for proper production, delivery verification, organized product storage, order preparation, and inventory management. Receiving and verifying goods: Inspect the quality and quantity of received products, verify they match purchase orders, and record any discrepancies. Storage and organization: Arrange products in the warehouse in an orderly manner, using efficient storage systems and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Inventory control: Conduct periodic inventories, keep updated records of warehouse stock, and make adjustments in case of discrepancies. Order preparation and shipment: Select, pack, and prepare products for shipping, ensuring orders are accurate and delivery deadlines are met. Warehouse maintenance: Participate in warehouse maintenance, ensuring it remains clean, safe, and well-organized. Additional tasks: Record material entries and exits. Manage and update the General Inventory database. Control material entries and exits to the facility. Monitor and supervise the inventory of each "Material Cart" assigned to plant personnel. Manage and control cleaning supply stock. Control and assign lockers, including their periodic inspection. Keep shelves and warehouse materials clean and organized. Manage and control stationery stock. Control inventory of aluminum and steel purchases. Receive Production Orders with their corresponding material breakdown and verify material availability, or request purchase if materials are unavailable.
