Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Dynamism, service-oriented attitude, proactivity, responsibility, and organization. Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork. Valid optional insurance and up-to-date tax status certificate. Interest in developing a career in Human Resources. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage personnel files, ensuring they are complete and up to date. Monitor contract expiration and renewal dates, guaranteeing timely submission. Ensure accurate data entry by registering new staff in CH’s ERP system. Perform administrative tasks specific to the department.
