The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support within the department, ensuring processes are carried out efficiently. **Responsibilities:** * Support purchase order generation and tracking. * Maintain updated supplier records and databases. * Collaborate in quotation evaluation and supplier selection. * Track product deliveries and coordinate with the logistics department. * Prepare purchasing reports and administrative support documentation. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Experience in administrative areas. * Basic knowledge of electrical materials and hardware (desirable). * Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, positive attitude. * Ability to work collaboratively and proactively. * Flexible availability.
