Job Summary: We are seeking a Legal Counsel with experience in real estate legal matters to oversee Anti-Money Laundering Law compliance and manage customer information for submission to regulatory authorities. Key Highlights: 1. Required experience in the real estate legal area and drafting notices 2. Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Law matters and customer information management 3. Generation of files and handling of documentation for vulnerable customers Position Requested: **Legal Counsel** Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Law Relevant Experience: 3 years in real estate legal practice and notice drafting. Job Objective: * Oversee Anti-Money Laundering Law compliance and strengthen control over customer information for filing notices and responding to regulatory requests. Functions and Responsibilities: * Request information from all customers to compile documentation into organized files * Organize folders for vulnerable customers * Draft notification letters regarding changes in customer representatives, as well as any other documents required by the regulatory authority * Coordinate closely with the billing department to identify, on a monthly basis, customers exceeding the threshold (vulnerable customers) Interested candidates are invited to apply through this channel.
