Due to growth, we are seeking: ***Junior Systems Analyst (Interns or Recent Graduates)*** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Experience: 1 year of experience (Internships or social service experience will be considered). * Skills: Technical knowledge and skills in technologies. * Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. * Knowledge of LAN/WAN/WiFi networks. * Experience with ticketing tools and remote support tools. * Skills in technical problem diagnosis and resolution. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Structured cabling. * Ability to install, configure, and maintain hardware and peripherals in good condition. * Clear and empathetic communication with non-technical users. * Active listening and customer orientation. * Teamwork and collaboration with other IT departments. * Organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Punctuality bonus: $500 monthly. * Meal vouchers: $500 monthly. * Statutory benefits from day one. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Weekend days off. **Location:** Miguel Hidalgo, 11510 Ciudad de México, CDMX If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, apply through this channel and we will contact you shortly.
