Position Summary: We are seeking a Labor Lawyer to provide legal counseling, manage labor relations, represent the company in trials, and prevent legal risks for an entertainment company. Prevention of legal risks and contingencies Xtreme Park, an entertainment company, is seeking a Labor Lawyer. Work Location: Bosque de las Lomas Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexible time availability RESPONSIBILITIES Counseling on individual and collective labor matters; management of relationships with employees and unions; handling labor inspections and audits; drafting and reviewing employment contracts, internal regulations, and policies; managing employment terminations and dismissals; calculating and processing severance payments, settlements, and indemnities; representation in labor conciliations and trials; prevention of legal risks and contingencies. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Law (degree certificate and professional license required) Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate labor law, including dismissals, terminations, severance payments, and settlements. Solid knowledge of current labor legislation. Experience in high-volume operations (retail, entertainment, services) is desirable.
