We are looking for individuals with passion for gastronomy, a positive attitude, commitment to quality, and focus on meeting service and hygiene standards. This position will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting hot dishes, ensuring flavor, quality, and excellent presentation during every service. **Job Objective** Ensure proper preparation of hot kitchen menu items, complying with the restaurant’s established quality standards, service timing, hygiene, and presentation requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook hot kitchen menu items according to recipes and established standards * Correctly apply cooking times and methods for each ingredient * Verify dish quality, taste, texture, and presentation before service * Apply appropriate food storage, preservation, and rotation techniques * Identify and discard spoiled food by assessing odor, color, and taste * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and good kitchen practices * Support general operational activities in the department as required **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed high school or upper secondary education * Minimum 1 year of experience in hot kitchen operations (restaurants, hotels, or industrial cafeterias) * Availability to work from Thursday to Sunday * Excellent personal appearance * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills * Responsibility and punctuality * Ability to work under pressure **Competencies** * Honesty and responsibility * Proactivity and attention to detail * Effective communication * Organization * Passion for cooking * Continuous learning * Teamwork **We Offer** * Daily salary of $350\.00 * Meal support * Excellent work environment * Opportunity for learning and development * Work location: On-site employment Salary: $350\.00 per day Work location: On-site employment
