**Position:** Warehouse Manager We are a company dedicated to the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of animal health medications. Quality and excellence are our passions; therefore, we seek an operational leader who ensures our products reach clinics, veterinary practices, and distributors across the country in perfect condition. **Job Objective** Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily operations of the finished goods and raw materials warehouse, ensuring strict compliance with quality and sanitary regulations, optimal inventory control, and efficient distribution of our veterinary medications. **Key Responsibilities** * **Inventory Management and Control:** Ensure physical inventory accuracy against system records by coordinating cyclic counts and audits. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate and motivate warehouse staff (assistants, pickers, and drivers), assign tasks, and monitor internal security. * **Shipping and Logistics:** Supervise the flow of receiving, picking, and shipping to optimize delivery times for medications. **Desired Profile (Requirements)** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as Warehouse Manager or Coordinator. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. **Technical Knowledge:** * ERP system proficiency. * Strict batch and expiry date control (Mandatory). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting). **Skills:** Strong organizational ability, firm leadership, quality orientation, problem-solving capability, and teamwork. **We Offer** * **Salary:** $15,400.00 \+ $1,050.00 monthly food vouchers. * **Benefits:** Above statutory requirements (food vouchers, savings fund, enhanced year-end bonus, and paid training). * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. * **Work Mode:** On-site. **How to Apply?** Send your updated CV to: administracion@dipeq.com or call 442 120 9358\.
