Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant for a growing restaurant group, focused on receiving, controlling, and distributing gastronomic supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure quality and supply of food industry supplies. 2. Apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system and expiration date control. 3. Maintain order and cleanliness in accordance with hygiene standards. **Join Grupo Son’s gastronomic family!** We are a continuously expanding restaurant group and are looking for our next **Warehouse Assistant** to ensure the quality and supply of our ingredients. If you have experience in the food industry and are an organized individual, we’re looking for you! **Your main responsibilities:** * Receiving suppliers and verifying ingredient quality (perishables, dry goods, dairy, meats, beverages). * Organizing inventory using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system. * Monitoring expiration dates and shrinkage. * Fulfilling daily requisitions for kitchen and bar areas. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the general warehouse, refrigerated chamber, and freezer (compliance with hygiene standards/Distintivo H). * Assisting with physical inventories (daily, weekly, and monthly). **What do you need to apply?** * **Experience:** Minimum 1\-2 years as a Warehouse Assistant, preferably in restaurants, industrial cafeterias, or the food industry. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in FIFO, inventory control, supplier interaction, and Oracle software. * **Education:** Completed secondary school or high school diploma. * Physical work availability (loading/unloading goods) and ability to enter cold storage rooms. **What we offer:** * **Take-home salary** * Complimentary cafeteria service * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus, vacation time). * Opportunities for growth across our various locations. **Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM \- 6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM \- 3:00 PM * Work location: Polanco and Roma **Interested?** Apply through this channel
