What will you do? * Provide exceptional, warm, and personalized customer service. * Know our menu (seafood, cuts, beverages, and spirits) inside out to offer the best recommendations. * Take orders and efficiently serve food and beverages. * Maintain order and cleanliness at your workstation. * Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure an unforgettable experience. What are we looking for? * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years as a waiter/waitress in mid- to high-end or high-volume restaurants (experience in seafood/casual dining is a plus). * **Attitude:** Excellent service attitude, strong communication skills, and empathy. * **Skills:** Ability to work under pressure, organizational skills, and dynamism. * **Availability:** Flexibility to rotate shifts (including weekends and holidays).
