We are CONSORCIO SIEMPRE VERDE, a company specializing in Irrigation Systems and Gardening. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a COUNTER SALES REPRESENTATIVE. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical/vocational high school diploma or equivalent * Strong negotiation skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) * Proactive attitude * Responsible * Experience interacting with suppliers * Organizational skills * Communication skills * Teamwork skills * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar counter sales position, including preparing purchase orders, requesting and receiving materials, and supporting administrative coordination. * Knowledge of hydraulic, sanitary, and hardware materials. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Customer service and technical advice. * Preparation and follow-up of quotations. * Closing sales. * Organization and attention to detail. * Ensuring the counter area and shelving units remain clean and orderly at all times. * Conducting product inventories and reporting any discrepancies. * Regular stock verification, restocking items, and participating in inventory counts. * Receiving and tracking material/service/supply requests. * Monitoring logistics for transportation and delivery of materials to construction sites. * Preparing and tracking purchase orders. * Administrative management. * Preparing reports. * Maintaining constant communication with site supervisors and project managers.
