Job Summary: This multifunctional role involves welcoming guests, managing vehicles and luggage, providing assistance, and ensuring hotel surveillance and security. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to assist guests with diverse requests RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet guests warmly at the hotel's main entrance, informing them about the check-in process and luggage storage procedure. * Receive guests' vehicles. * Park and retrieve guests' automobiles. * Transport guests and staff members. * Assist with taxi service requests. * Conduct continuous patrols to safeguard the hotel and complete logbooks. * Screen staff during entry and exit. * Monitor events. * Control access / receive suppliers. * Perform routine inspections. * Register package and mail deliveries. * Surveillance via monitoring systems. * Report incidents or unusual occurrences. * Immediately assist guests/visitors with any request. * Transport guests' luggage to the front desk. * Accompany guests to their assigned rooms and demonstrate and explain room features (e.g., room key usage, light switches, safe, etc.). * Provide tourist information and direct guests accordingly. * Welcome guests and load/unload luggage. * Ensure the lobby is maintained in optimal condition. **MUST-HAVE: DRIVER'S LICENSE** Salary: Up to $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dining service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
