Position Summary: KATCON is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee operations, ensure production and quality, and manage personnel in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote a respectful and team-oriented work environment **KATCON** is seeking: **S**hift Supervisor (Finsa) **Responsibilities**: * Supervise and coordinate staff operational activities during the shift. * Ensure compliance with established production programs and targets. * Verify adherence to quality and safety standards. * Manage personnel incidents: tardiness, absences, leave requests, and discipline. * Monitor area performance indicators. * Coordinate line startups, model changes, and resolution of operational issues. * Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and materials. * Maintain effective communication with other shifts and departments. * Prepare production reports and shift updates. * Train and develop operational staff. * Promote a work environment based on respect, order, and teamwork. * Follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from operational incidents. **Requirements** * Availability for 8-hour rotating shifts. * Education: Technical degree or related field. * Experience: 2 years (preferably in the metal-mechanical sector) **We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract * Enhanced benefits package * Christmas bonus equivalent to 25 days' salary * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Savings plan * Attendance bonus * Union assistance for birth, death, marriage, and school support.
