Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Technician to manage inventories, warranties, and provide on-site technical support for IT equipment. Key Highlights: 1. In collaboration with **Estafeta**, we are seeking a ***Support Technician: Inventory and Warranty Management.*** **Requirements:** * Age: 23 to 40 years old **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Science and/or Computing, or related Information Technology field. Degree holder / Intern **Minimum preferred experience for the position:** 1 year managing inventories and warranties. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide **on-site technical support** to users for computer equipment, peripherals, and basic software. * Administer and maintain up-to-date **IT asset inventory** (laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories, etc.). * Manage **warranty and repair control** with manufacturers and suppliers. * Coordinate **logistics for equipment receipt, assignment, return, and replacement**. * Maintain and update the **equipment inventory database** and its status. * Track **hardware-related technical support tickets**. * Document asset processes and movements. * Coordinate with suppliers for **maintenance, replacements, or technical services**. * Generate periodic reports on inventory, warranty status, and equipment availability. **Technical Knowledge** * Computer hardware (basic diagnostics and replacement). * Windows operating systems. * Helpdesk or ticketing management tools. * Proficiency in **inventory databases** (advanced Excel, inventory systems, or CMDB). * IT asset control processes. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, operational window: 9 AM to 10 PM (rotating) * 8-hour workday plus 1-hour lunch break. **Location:** * Emisor Pte. 7, El Cerrito, 54879 Cuautitlán, Méx. **Salary:** * $21,800\.00 gross monthly * Statutory benefits.
