Optimize processes and resolve operational incidents. **Job Objective:** *Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper flow of food and beverages from kitchen/bar to customers, guaranteeing efficient delivery times, appropriate presentation, and service quality.* ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the runner team to ensure agile, orderly, and efficient service. * Coordinate timely delivery of dishes and beverages according to established standards. * Verify correct presentation, temperature, and plating of food prior to dispatch. * Maintain constant communication with kitchen, bar, and service staff to optimize timing. * Manage task and role assignments for the team during each shift. * Train and monitor the performance of assigned personnel. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality protocols. * Resolve operational incidents related to service. * Support continuous process improvement to optimize operations. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in tourism, gastronomy, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role or as a runner with leadership responsibilities. * Knowledge of restaurant operations, service timing, and personnel management. * Flexible availability for scheduling.
