(Knowledge in security or cleaning areas) \*Enjoyment of teamwork and personnel management. \*Leadership and communication skills. \*Proficient use and knowledge of mobile phones (WhatsApp) \*Valid driver's license. \*Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. \*Flexible availability of working hours. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Ensure transmission and compliance with service instructions to each team member under supervision. 2\. Onboard each team member for service assignments according to client type and position. 3\. Enforce protocols and instructions. Plan, supervise, and conduct inspections (attendance roll call, review of logs, incident or novelty reports, observation of controls and personnel records) 5\. Ensure service coverage (minimize absences and staff shortages). 6\. Guarantee adherence to the code of ethics and prevent any act of bribery. 8\. Submit quality and service-level reports. 9\.
