Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Loading Supervisor to oversee loading operations, ensure safety standards, and coordinate work teams in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and validate automotive loading operations and personnel safety. 2. Coordinate and assign work teams and operations. 3. Ensure safety and quality standards in operations. **Join TLEA as an Automotive Loading Supervisor!** If you have experience as an Automotive Loading Supervisor, Rampie, Trincador, or Securer, we want you on our team! **Requirements:** * 1\-3 years of experience. * Knowledge of the industrial/automotive sector, unit loading/unloading, customer interaction, and personnel management. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and verify that personnel (Rampers and Operators) perform operations correctly and comply with safety regulations. * Capture and submit photographic evidence of the process to ensure compliance. * Verify that personnel wear uniforms and personal protective equipment correctly. * Assist the operator with hydraulic controls of the tractor unit when necessary. * Inspect units and equipment for proper condition before and after loading. * Record and submit documents such as checklists or entry/exit reports for tractor units. * Coordinate and assign work teams, loading docks, and operational sequence. * Halt operations immediately upon detecting unsafe conditions and provide feedback to personnel to maintain safety and quality standards. **We Offer:** * Full IMSS registration * INFONAVIT enrollment * Vacation days * Vacation bonus: 25% * Sunday premium pay * Profit-sharing * Year-end bonus: 15 days' salary **Work Location:** Monterrey\-Saltillo Highway, Km 7\.5, Industrial Zone, 25900 Ramos Arizpe, Coah. **Interested candidates, please apply with your updated CV.** **Experience TLEA!** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
