Job Summary: Ensure the proper operation and management of cleaning services to fulfill contracts secured with clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of services, attendance control, and shift scheduling. 2. Staff training and management of materials and equipment. 3. Leadership of teams comprising 50 to 120 people. **CLEANING SERVICES SUPERVISOR \- Querétaro** Ensure the proper operation and management of assigned cleaning services to fulfill contracts secured with clients (conduct site inspections, coordinate services, monitor attendance and shifts, prepare pre-payroll, maintain logs, manage materials and equipment, train staff, handle billing) **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree (incomplete or candidate), completed high school diploma, or completed technical program * Experience: 3 years as an operations supervisor in the cleaning industry (managing simultaneous and large-scale services: corporate offices, plants, industrial warehouses, department stores, hospitals, supermarket chains) * Leadership: Management of 50 to 120 personnel to achieve performance goals * Valid driver’s license * Standard computer proficiency * Availability to work Monday through Sunday (weekday day off) * Salary: MXN 15,000 \+ statutory benefits **WORK LOCATION:** **QUERÉTARO** Interested candidates must apply via the platform with an **updated CV**, or send it via WhatsApp to 5554066043 Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: Remote employment
