**JOIN THE TEAM AND LEAD WITH PASSION!** Leading company in motorcycle, parts, and accessories sales **Position:** Assistant Motorcycle Manager **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $10,389.32 \+ 10% attendance bonus \+ monthly commissions (paid weekly) * Direct employment by **Bicimex S.A. de C.V.** * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium) * Profit-sharing * Savings fund (optional) * Payroll-based loans (available after 6 months) **Who Are You?** * Completed bachelor’s degree or high school diploma * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Assistant Manager or Store/Branch Supervisor (preferably in motorcycle sales or the automotive sector) * Leadership and personnel management skills * Knowledge of sales, customer service, and inventory control * ERP system experience (SAP B1\ preferred) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Cash handling (cash reconciliation, cash counts, cash management, bank terminals, etc.) * Availability to work on weekends **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Store opening and closing * Supporting coordination and supervision of the sales team * Assisting in staff training * Inventory control and supervision * Receiving and dispatching merchandise to stores and/or warehouses * Performing cash reconciliation and verifying authenticity of banknotes * Conducting sales Work Schedule Monday to Sunday (midweek day off) If interested, please send your CV to rh2@bicimex.com Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,392.00 \- $2,631.00 per week Education: * Completed high school diploma (preferred) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
