Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to guarantee on-time and proper delivery of products to customers via the digital home delivery channel, through correct operations, adherence to service processes and protocols, thereby achieving established quality standards. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure the achievement of objectives for the home delivery service channel. \- Monitor incidents and/or accidents related to the channel. \- Ensure the availability and optimal functioning of physical and technological tools used by the channel. \- Manage staffing in accordance with channel demand, productivity, and analysis. Requirements \- Completed high school or technical degree. A bachelor's degree or completed engineering program in economics or administration is desirable. \- 1+ year of experience in the home delivery service channel.
