Compliance with national and international structural design codes. **GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:** Perform structural analyses and improvement (reinforcement) designs for new and/or existing sites, optimizing costs in material selection, fabrication procedures, and construction methods of engineering solutions, always adhering to the quality requirements stipulated by each country across different markets. These analyses include braced towers, self-supporting towers, masts, monopoles, special structures and their respective foundations, as well as existing buildings/constructions where telecommunications towers are installed. **JOB PROFILE:** **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with specialization in Structural Engineering. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in analysis and design of steel and reinforced concrete structures. * Intermediate level English proficiency is desirable. * Proficiency in structural analysis software such as STAAD PRO, SAP2000, ETABS. * Knowledge of national and international design codes for steel structures, reinforced concrete, foundations, and soil mechanics. * Familiarity with American design codes: AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction), ACI (American Concrete Institute), and AWS (American Welding Society). * Familiarity with ANSI/EIA/TIA 222 F, G, and H telecommunications structure design codes is desirable. * Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review and consultation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Execute tasks within established processes, applying applicable national codes and specifications to ensure structural safety of towers and foundations, in coordination with other technical support teams. 2. Conduct structural analyses using company-provided software and validate supplementary studies required for comprehensive review to guarantee structural safety; generate engineering reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) and issue formal approval of the structure or reinforcement project, including execution recommendations. 3. Create and store mathematical models of analyzed structures in company repositories; ensure all generated information meets all required criteria so it can be used for future reviews or reference without requiring modifications due to omissions in the original analysis process. 4. Review reinforcement projects or drawings to verify compliance with specified structural design for timely and accurate implementation. 5. Collaborate with the assigned supervisor to verify and validate that technical proposals ensure optimal design, utilizing commercially available materials in respective countries, and strictly monitor quality requirements per country. 6. Communication with internal/external clients must always involve the assigned supervisor, based on the market being served.
