Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Store Assistant with excellent customer service attitude to handle customer service, store maintenance, and visual support. Key Highlights: 1. Garment customization and teamwork **STORE ASSISTANT (ALGODONEROS)** **Profile:** Gender: Unspecified Age: 25–35 years old Minimum Education: High school diploma Compensation: $10,000 monthly, net Schedule: Rotating (8-hour shifts) **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service and assistance. * Store maintenance: cleaning, organizing, and restocking merchandise. * Cash handling: processing payments, returns, cash reconciliation, and bank deposits. * Visual merchandising support: window displays, mannequins, and product presentation. * Participation in special events and off-site activities. * Garment customization using heat press. * Merchandise transfers and occasional deliveries to sales channels. * Bank deposits. **Requirements and Skills:** * Excellent communication skills and service-oriented attitude. * Sales ability and capacity for personalized customer service. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Organizational skills, adaptability, and teamwork. * Honesty, responsibility, and respectful conduct. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. **Off-Season Schedule:** · Weekly rotating shift o **Opening Week:** o Monday–Friday: 10:00–18:00 hrs. o Saturday: 10:00–14:00 hrs. o Sunday: Day off o **Closing Week:** o Monday–Friday: 12:00–20:00 hrs. o Saturday: 14:00–18:00 hrs. o Sunday: Day off **In-Season Schedule** · Game Days o 14:00 until store closing (approximately one hour after game ends) o **Game Days:** o Midweek Series: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday o Weekend Series: Friday, Saturday, Sunday **Note: During events where the mobile shop is present, store staff may be assigned to cover other locations (e.g., country club, Lala Marathon, sports fairs).** **Support Allowance:** $150 per game (in-season) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
