Ensure hygiene standards in consumption centers Maintain kitchen and consumption center equipment, utensils, and materials in optimal hygienic condition, in accordance with established standards for Consumption Centers, utilizing available resources and training received, as well as responding to cleaning requests made by kitchen and/or consumption center staff.
