This role is critical to ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly, guaranteeing that utensils, equipment, and work areas are always in optimal condition. **Responsibilities:** * Wash and disinfect utensils, dishware, glassware, and kitchen equipment. * Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized. * Assist with general kitchen cleaning (floors, surfaces, garbage). * Handle cleaning products appropriately. * Follow food hygiene and safety standards. * Support the kitchen team as needed. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a dishwasher or in similar roles (preferred but not mandatory). * Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to work under pressure. * Flexible availability.
