If you are passionate about Sustainable Architecture, we are the right choice for you. **Reports to:** Construction Management / Project Management. **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, supervise, and control project execution, ensuring compliance with **schedule, budget, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements**, in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and contract terms. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities per drawings and the executed project plan. * Monitor physical progress, schedule adherence, and work quality. * Coordinate on-site personnel and subcontractors. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. * Manage materials, generators, and cost estimates. * Verify compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Report incidents and propose technical solutions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering**. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience as a Site Supervisor or Resident Engineer. * Knowledge of construction processes and finishes. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD and Excel** (Advanced level). * Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work on-site. **Competencies** * Leadership and personnel management. * Organization and planning. * Decision-making. * Working under pressure. * Responsibility and commitment. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Job stability. * Professional growth within the company. **Apply by submitting your CV**, specifying your on-site experience and completed projects.
