Position: ServiceNow ITOM – CMDB \& Discovery Developer We are seeking a professional with over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementations, with solid expertise in: CMDB \& Discovery (advanced hands-on) MID Servers, Patterns, ECC Queue, and Credential Management IRE, Data Foundations, CSDM, and CMDB governance CMDB Workspace, Health Dashboards, CI Class Manager, and Data Manager REST/SOAP integrations, OKTA, and SSO JavaScript (server/client-side) within ServiceNow ITIL and operational best practices The mission is not merely “configuring modules”. The mission is to build visibility, automation, and stability across complex technology ecosystems. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve critical Discovery/CMDB issues, drive operational improvements, and help reduce incidents through intelligent automation.
