We are looking for a Server Captain for a highly responsible role in our service environment. Your primary role will be to supervise and lead a team of servers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You must have solid customer service experience and the ability to manage and motivate your team. Your responsibilities will include daily supervision of service operations, internal audits to maintain high quality standards, and strict enforcement of food safety regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving any issues that arise during service and ensuring all team members comply with established policies and procedures. We require a proactive individual with strong leadership skills to lead an efficient and committed team. You must possess excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation. Your ability to audit and supervise will be critical to maintaining excellence in our service.
