




Position Summary: A professional who ensures compliance with operational standards, manages projects, and cultivates long-term client relationships, driving collaboration and the development of effective teams. Responsibilities Executes and controls the project program in Project. Timely and accurate submission of operational progress reports, including financial status (profitability). Attends client meetings punctually and respects assigned meeting schedules. Conducts and documents bi-monthly feedback sessions with team members. Takes action to achieve team and supplier integration through on-site or off-site meetings to foster collaboration. Identifies and leverages client needs to offer additional services. Establishes long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business. Maintains a close and cordial relationship with the client and/or sponsor. Identifies and contributes elements of added value for the client. Prepares high-quality progress reports for the client (weekly and monthly status reports). Identifies and leverages client needs to offer additional services. Leads client meetings to present project progress. Achieves and documents measurable value engineering outcomes. **Integrates and prepares quality information:** schedule, budget, approved drawings, roles-and-responsibilities matrix, procurement matrix, risk matrix, safety plan, and communication strategies. Daily use of methodology, templates, and actions based on Axioma’s project management approach. Documents client processes and decisions via emails, letters, and minutes signed by the client. Flexibility to attend meetings and/or projects in their city and elsewhere upon request. Reviews the construction process to ensure work quality aligns with standards established in the Project Plan, specifications, and technical data sheets. Makes timely, objective-focused decisions aligned with project goals. Evaluates potential scenarios to identify risks and prepare responses to emerging situations. Takes action to achieve team and supplier integration through on-site or off-site meetings to foster collaboration. Sets individual work objectives, documents them in writing, and provides effective follow-up to support team members’ development. **Quarterly turnover:** 1\= staff reductions occurred during the quarter; 2\= no staff reductions; 3\= increase in pro forma headcount. Holds certification in the Axioma Methodology. Compliance with Axiowellness (3 hours of exercise per week, at least one nutritionist appointment and one psychologist appointment during the first semester of the year): 1\= not complied; 3\= 100% compliance.
