Handling emergency situations **Job Description:** At DoubleTree \& Hilton Garden Inn Santa Fe, we seek a responsible and committed **Security Agent**, dedicated to the safety of our guests, staff, and facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and protect hotel areas to ensure a safe environment. * Control access and conduct security patrols on the premises. * Respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations. * Report and document incidents promptly. * Comply with security protocols and internal regulations. **Requirements:** * Experience in security (preferably in hospitality, corporate, or service centers). * Flexible availability for work shifts. * Service-oriented attitude and strong sense of responsibility. * Knowledge of emergency situation management. * Minimum education: completed secondary school.
