Design of Complex Automations and Integrations **Salesforce Field Service & Analytics Developer** **Are you looking for a challenge in logistics and last-mile delivery?** At **MVS TV**, we seek a technically specialized profile to optimize field operations and data intelligence to transform our service management. **Your impact in this role:** * **Field Optimization:** Implement and maintain advanced solutions in **Salesforce Field Service (SFS)** to improve technician and service management. * **Mobility:** Configure and customize the **Salesforce Mobile** experience and ensure operational continuity via **Offline Mode**. * **Data Intelligence:** Develop dashboards and predictive models in **CRM Analytics (Einstein)** for strategic decision-making. * **Automation:** Design complex flows and integrations with legacy systems for frictionless operations. **What we’re looking for:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT, or related field. * **Technical Experience:** 2+ years working with Salesforce and a strong focus on **2–3 years of hands-on Field Service projects**. * **Specialization:** Practical mastery of scheduling rule configuration and offline capabilities. * **Industry:** Experience preferred in **Telecommunications, Logistics, or Banking**. * **Language:** Technical English (ability to read documentation and support materials). **Our Offer:** * **Salary:** $45,000 MXN gross per month. * **Contract Type:** Direct employment with the company. * **Strategic Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (ideal for work-life balance). * **Work Model:** Remote work, with only one in-office visit every two months. * **Premium Benefits:** 30-day bonus (aguinaldo), savings fund, credit union (caja de ahorro), life insurance, and more. **Ready to take our technology to the next level?** Share your CV through this channel.
