**General Purpose of the Position**
Develop, strengthen, and maintain the assigned customer portfolio through strategic route-based visits, ensuring achievement of established commercial targets, placement of construction products, proper order management, and corresponding collections, delivering professional, timely, and results-oriented service—contributing to the company’s sustainable growth and customer loyalty.
**Commercial Context and Scope of the Position**
The position focuses on field sales with an already-established customer portfolio, carrying direct responsibility for:
· Continuous follow-up with existing customers.
· Acquisition of new customers within the assigned territory.
· Achievement of monthly billing targets based on operational history.
· Execution of sales and collection activities while maintaining appropriate portfolio control.
**Tools, Resources, and Systems — Registration System**
· **ERP in use:** Visorus
o Proficiency required to record sales, orders, and commercial transactions.
**Tools Provided by the Company**
· Company-provided vehicle.
· Fuel.
· Mobile phone with active balance.
**Work Vehicle**
· **Vehicle type:** Nissan March
· **Fuel policy:** Expected average fuel efficiency of 8–10 km/L
· **Preventive maintenance:** Every 10,000 kilometers
· **Vehicle storage location:** Employee may take the vehicle home
**Work Experience**
· Minimum of **1–2 years** of experience in field sales or route sales.
· Preferably experience in:
o Construction materials
o Hardware stores
o Industrial product distribution or similar sectors
· Demonstrable experience in:
o Customer service and support
o Business relationship management

o Negotiation and sales closing
o Basic portfolio and collections management
**Technical Knowledge**
· Route planning and visit scheduling.
· Consultative selling and negotiation techniques.
· Basic knowledge of collections and portfolio recovery.
· ERP (Visorus) proficiency for order and sales registration.
· Customer portfolio control and administration.
· Ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into commercial proposals.
**Mandatory Requirements**
· **Valid driver’s license.**
· Driving skills and responsibility in operating the assigned vehicle.
· Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $52,000\.00 per month
Workplace: On-site employment
