Working at Dentsply Sirona, you can: * **Accelerate your development with our commitment to top-tier professional growth.** * **Enhance your performance as part of a high-performance, empowering culture.** * **Shape an industry with a market leader continuously driving innovation.** * **Make a difference by helping improve oral health worldwide.** **Job Objective** Drive consultative sales of high-technology equipment (CAD/CAM and dental imaging) through proactive prospecting, development of strong business relationships, and closing of high-value opportunities, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience. **Responsibilities** * Identify, contact, and visit prospective customers within the **San Luis Potosi, Aguascalientes, Zacatecas, Durango, and Sinaloa** region. * Prospect new customers and expand the existing customer base. * Coordinate showroom visits and conduct basic demonstrations of equipment such as scanners, milling units, and tomographs. * Attend customers at company-organized events. * Prepare commercial proposals (pricing, financing, credit terms, and delivery schedules). * Manage price lists and conduct effective negotiations on high-value equipment. * Close sales and coordinate purchase orders, advance payments, and settlements. * Conduct follow-up and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. * Report technical or quality issues to the relevant department. * Build and maintain long-term business relationships. * Meet sales quotas and execute strategic plans to achieve targets. * Prepare daily activity and contact reports in CRM (mandatory usage). * Gather market intelligence, identify customer needs, and analyze competition. * Manage and strengthen the current customer base using a consultative approach. * Conduct regular prospecting visits. * Coordinate local events (clinics, hotels, etc.) jointly with Marketing and Regional Management. **Requirements** * 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the dental or high-end medical equipment sector. * Experience in consultative sales (commercial profile, not promotional). * Ability to negotiate, build trust, and overcome commercial barriers. * Experience handling high-value equipment or solutions. * Knowledge of financing and credit schemes. * Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Excellent communication skills, results orientation, and ability to develop long-term relationships. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Proactive, self-motivated profile with a growth mindset. * **Residency in San Luis Potosi (MANDATORY)** Dentsply Sirona is an equal opportunity employer.
