Your mission in this role * Lead and monitor in-branch sales processes. * Provide personalized service and identify customer needs to close sales. * Actively promote our cakes and gourmet products. * Supervise adherence to service standards and customer experience requirements. * Assist with cash handling and customer billing. * Maintain attractive and organized product displays. * Contribute to achieving commercial goals and daily branch operations. Ideal Candidate Profile * Minimum education: Completed high school. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales, customer service, or roles involving operational leadership. * Strong verbal communication skills and ability to recommend products. * Proactive attitude and results orientation. * Enthusiasm for customer interaction and dynamic work environments. * Professional appearance and sense of responsibility. * Genuine interest in developing a career in commercial operations and operational leadership.
