This position is ideal for someone with a warm personality who enjoys working in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for parents and children. * Advise customers on selecting children's footwear, offering recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. * Maintain the sales area organized, clean, and attractive to customers. * Handle sales transactions and process payments efficiently and accurately. * Participate in special in-store events and promotions. * Resolve any customer inquiries or issues professionally and courteously. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in sales and customer service is preferred, especially in footwear or children's product stores. * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers of all ages. * Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. * Availability to work the scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary and sales commissions. * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. * Special discounts on store products. * Complimentary store uniform.
