Are you passionate about sales, the tourism industry, and working with travel agencies? We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our Commercial Team in the Monterrey area! Key Responsibilities: * Visit travel agencies to strengthen commercial partnerships and identify opportunities. * Design and implement commercial strategies to enhance performance. * Conduct in-person and telephone sales. * Train and support travel agencies' sales teams. * Issue cards, manage quotations, and provide end-to-end commercial process support. * Prepare commercial management reports and agency visit reports. This opportunity is ideal for you if you have... * Minimum 2 years of experience selling intangible products (e.g., insurance, tourism, airlines, or related sectors). * Academic background in Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields. * A proactive profile with excellent communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills. * Availability to work on-site in the Polanco area. Benefits Base salary: MXN 16,000 plus 3% commission and bonuses for goal achievement.
