We are currently seeking a Room Operator at TRS Yucatán · Your main responsibilities will be: · · * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in rooms and common areas: painting, lighting, electrical accessories, plumbing fixtures, air conditioning, fans, doors, locks, and furniture * Address reports of leaks, electrical failures, duct malfunctions, trenches, and ice machines * Verify proper operation of smoke detectors, evacuation routes, and fire-fighting equipment * Support other departmental areas (electricity, air conditioning, etc.) and collaborate on major repairs as directed by the supervisor * Carry out repairs according to priority * Conduct daily rounds to identify malfunctions, apply immediate corrections when necessary, and record repairs in reports * Keep tools, radios, mobile phone, and work area organized * Assist with maintenance of non-operational rooms during low season * Prepare a report of repairs performed in rooms and submit it to your immediate supervisor · In exchange for your commitment and motivation, we offer: · · * Real opportunities for development within an internationally expanding company * Excellent work environment * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Continuous training and enriching learning experiences. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General Baccalaureate years of experience Keywords: operator, operario, operator
